Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

  • - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • - 3 cups confectioner's sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • - 1 cup marshmallow creme optional

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the unsalted butter and creamy peanut butter. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until the mixture is smooth and uniform. Be careful not to let it boil, as overheating can cause separation.
  • Once the butter and peanut butter are melted and combined, remove the saucepan from the heat. If desired, stir in the vanilla extract and marshmallow creme for added sweetness and creaminess.
  • Gradually sift in the confectioner's sugar, stirring continuously until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth. If needed, you can add a splash of whole milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal. Pour the peanut butter fudge mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the fudge for at least 1 hour or until it has set completely. Once firm, remove the fudge from the dish and cut it into squares for serving.
