- 5 Large Sweet Potatoes or 229 ounce cans sweet potatoes, drained
- ¾ Cup to 1 ½ Cups Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup to 6 tablespoons of Buttermelted
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of Ground Cinnamon
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of other spicessuch as nutmeg, vanilla extract
- ½ Cup Orange Juice or evaporated milk
- 2 to 3 cups Miniature Marshmallows
- Optional: Pecans

Cooking Instructions:
If using fresh sweet potatoes, wash and peel them, then cut them into chunks. If using canned sweet potatoes, simply drain them. Place the sweet potatoes in the slow cooker.
