  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  • Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese (if using) until fully incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions.
  • Serve warm with your choice of dippers such as tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
  • For the best results, make sure not to overbake the dip, as it can dry out. If you prefer a spicier version, feel free to add more hot sauce to taste or even mix in some diced jalapeños.
