Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • - 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • - ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • - 1 cup powdered sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • - ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well until the crumbs are fully coated with the butter.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish to form the crust. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled. Enjoy your creation!
  • For best results, make sure to refrigerate the bars long enough for them to set completely before cutting them into squares. This will help achieve clean cuts and a stable texture.
  • You can also experiment with different toppings, such as crushed peanuts or a drizzle of caramel, to add an extra layer of flavor. Enjoy your no-bake dessert!
