Cookies Made From Brownie Mix

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • - 18-20 oz box of brownie mix
  • - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • - 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - Optional mix-ins chocolate chips, M&M's, nuts, etc.

Instructions

  • Cooking Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (or 375°F for a slightly crispier cookie).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour until well blended.
  • Add the vegetable oil or melted butter and mix until combined.
  • Crack in the eggs and stir until the dough is thick, sticky, and well mixed.
  • If desired, fold in any optional mix-ins such as chocolate chips or nuts.
  • Use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough, placing balls of dough about 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, keeping an eye on them to avoid overbaking. The edges should be set, while the centers will remain fudgy.
  • Once baked, remove cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • For the best results, remember to check your cookies around the 7-minute mark to verify they achieve that perfect fudgy center. Letting them cool slightly before transferring will help maintain their soft texture.
  • Enjoy your cookies fresh, but if you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container to keep them chewy and delicious!
