  • All spice

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the spices: turmeric, cumin, smoked paprika, coriander, all spice, cinnamon, and cayenne. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Season the boneless, skinless chicken thighs with the spice blend, ensuring they're evenly coated.
  • Heat olive or avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken thighs and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they develop a nice golden crust.
  • Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. You can drizzle with lemon juice or add other flavorings if desired.
  • For the best results, be sure to let the chicken marinate in the spice blend for at least 30 minutes before cooking, or even overnight if time allows. This will deepen the flavors and make the chicken even more succulent.
